If you do not agree, please stop using it. Separate signed agreements, purchase orders and product-specific terms govern paid projects, institutional deployments and learning accounts; those documents control the services they cover.
02. Eligibility and children
Business enquiries and project discussions are intended for adults authorised to act for themselves or their organisation. Children should use learning services with the appropriate parent, guardian or institutional oversight and under the terms for that service. A child’s visit to this website does not establish a paid contract.
03. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harass others or submit material you have no right to share. Do not place personal student data or confidential client material into public demonstration tools.
04. Website content and intellectual property
OAKS branding, website materials and software belong to OAKS or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links for legitimate informational purposes. Republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting protected content requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names, logos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
05. Enquiries, proposals and commercial commitments
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement or guarantee acceptance, delivery dates, pricing or results. Fees, payment schedules, deliverables, intellectual-property ownership, cancellation and refunds for a project must be agreed in the relevant commercial documents. Public examples and case studies are informational and are not a promise of identical results.

Access to website features may be restricted to address misuse, security concerns or technical issues. We may update these terms and show the revision date on this page. Revised website terms do not retrospectively change a signed project agreement.

Subject to mandatory legal rights and any applicable contractual forum, disputes concerning these website terms may be brought before competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
